Payment on self assessment of electricity charges by the consumer(Refer Supply code:128) (1) In case of non-receipt of bill, the consumer may remit self-assessed electricity charges assessed as per the format specified in Annexure - 16 to the Code for the period for which bill has not been received:
Provided that, such self assessed electricity charges shall not be less than the charge for the average consumption during the previous six months.
(2) The excess or deficit payment if any made by the consumer on self-assessment, shall be adjusted in the next two bills.
