Mode of payment of Electricity Bills to KSEB

The consumer may make payment by way of cheque, demand draft, money order, cash, CDM(Cash Deposit Machine) or through online payment facility:

Cash :

Cash shall be accepted only for payments up to and including twenty thousand rupees.

Cheque and Demand draft :

Out-station cheque and demand drafts of any scheduled bank payable at par at any of its branches shall also be accepted towards payment of charges due to KSEB Ltd.

Cash Deposit Machine :

Consumers can pay their bill 24x7 using CDM machine installed at Customer Care Centre, Vydyuthi Bhavanam, Thiruvananthapuram.
Consumers who have 13 digit consumer number can make use of this facility.
