What are the documents accepted as the Proof of identity of the applicant?

Any one of the following documents will be accepted as the proof of identity of the applicant:-

(i) electoral identity card;

(ii) passport;

(iii) driving licence;

(iv) ration Card;

(v) photo identity card issued by any Government agency;

(vi) PAN card;

(vii) Aadhar card / National Population Register (NPR) card;

(viii) photo identify certificate from village panchayat or municipality or municipal corporation.
